Fitting Information
Fitting
BC Roof Cladding profiles offer effortless installation, requiring self-drilling screws to be placed through the flutes on both sides of the overlap, along with two fastenings through the central flute.
A comprehensive assortment of accessories, encompassing trims, gutters, fixings, and optional GRP translucent roof lights in single or double skin, can be provided upon request. Ensuring precise tightening torque is applied to the fasteners remains crucial.
Flashings
BC Roof Cladding tailors all flashings to meet customer specifications, available in an extensive array of colors and finishes, ranging from 2.45 meters to 5 meters in length.
For enhanced rigidity and safe handling during installation, it's recommended to opt for welted edges, which also eliminate sharp edges.
To ensure stability, fix flashings securely using stitcher screws. Maintain 400mm centers on roof slopes below 15° and 450mm centers for slopes over 15°.
For vertical flashings, maximum fixing centers should be 450mm. In scenarios involving single-span roof or wall construction, stitching should occur at a maximum of 300mm centers.
Gutters
We offers these options in both plastic-coated and galvanized steel. Custom-made galvanized gutters, butt straps, and top ends can be tailored to match diverse design specifications.
In instances necessitating galvanized gutters, a range of shapes and sizes are available to accommodate specific building requirements. All components, including gutters' stopends, outlets, and butt straps, are crafted according to customer specifications.
